Increased demand for T-Level enrolment places has led Burnley College to commission a new teaching building with both classroom learning and workshop learning.

The two storey structure sits in a new area of the college campus to the north of the main building. The proposed building will be surrounded by a sensitively design green space. This incoporates a new man made lake, a sports pitch and associated hard and soft landscaping.
