BURSCOUGH MASTERPLAN

ABW were appointed to outline the mixed-use regeneration development proposal for Victoria Park which sits within the commercial and retail area of centre of Burscough.

The proposal’s main aim is to address the growing concern for the need to strengthen the focal point of the town in light of the significant development expected in the area over the next 15 years, as well as promoting a strategy that allows for a sustainable mixed-use development.

The masterplan and phased regeneration development includes a new football stadium for Burscough FC, residential developments, the refurbishment of the Racquets Club, an NHS Health Centre and an extra Care facility.
